Our dental office accepts most PPO insurance plans! It is important to know that most plans offer both in and out-of-network benefits. When you call to make an appointment, we will verify your insurance and work with you to maximize your plan.

That is why we’ve designed a comprehensive membership to fit your budget, without the limitations a typical dental insurance may have (i.e. waiting periods, yearly maximums, pre-existing condition limitations). Plan Guidelines
- 12 month coverage (benefits do not carry over the following year)
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
- NON-REFUNDABLE – no refunds if participant decides not to utilize the dental plan
- The plan is effective immediately once the premium is paid
